THE “BSMART STEP-UP”

The “BSMART Step-Up” brought to you by Oaktree People Solutions is a program that helps build excellence in the end-to-end business value chain for SMEs –  sharpening their knowledge, learnings, and behaviors and empowering them with tools, and techniques that entrepreneurs need to re-set, scale, and grow their business. The “BSMART Step Up” program is for Leaders and Entrepreneurs who need to redefine their, goals and learn how to think and act like an entrepreneur for success.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

The program begins by fostering the essential mindset and resilience needed for entrepreneurial success. It covers a comprehensive range of topics including strategy implementation, effective communication, strategic networking, and relationship-building crucial for team leadership, supplier relations, and investor engagement. Participants will also develop key organisational and leadership skills essential for operational excellence and market competitiveness.

CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION:

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Have a business generating revenue of 20 million and above.
• Demonstrate a trajectory of growth with potential for seeking funding.
• Mandotory attendance of all sessions over the 3-month period.
• Program launch in Bryanston Johannesburg viz travel expenses, including flights are the responsibility of the applicant.
